 For new clients, you will receive a set of intake paperwork through my documentation system called Simple Practice.   In your welcome e-mail, you will also receive a link to a secure client portal through Simple Practice.  Once you enter your client portal, you will be able to complete the intake forms, schedule with me, communicate (HIPAA Compliant Program), make payments, and more.
